About neteng.tools

Built by a network engineer who got tired of bad subnet calculators. The tools you use day-to-day, but built fast and accurate. Nothing leaves your browser — every calculation runs client-side.

The site is a single-page-per-tool design with no build step, no framework, and no server-side logic. Open a calculator, type, get an answer. Reference pages (CIDR cheat sheet, IPv6 notation, common ports) are static so they load instantly and work offline once cached.

Every input you type into a calculator stays in your browser. There is no backend that receives subnet inputs, MAC addresses, or capture filters — the JavaScript runs locally and produces results without making a network request. The only third-party code on the page is Google AdSense (disclosed in the privacy policy) and Google Fonts.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.
