Effective date: April 26, 2026

Acceptance

By using neteng.tools, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Use of the site

The site is free to use for personal and professional reference. The tools are educational and diagnostic aids — verify outputs against authoritative sources before using them in production configurations.

The site is provided as-is, without any guarantee of availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

No warranty

The tools may produce incorrect results. Network engineering involves real consequences — downtime, security exposure, billing impact, regulatory exposure. Always verify against authoritative sources (RFCs, vendor documentation, official references) before deploying anything based on the calculators or builders here.

No warranty, express or implied, is made regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any output.

Limitation of liability

The operators of neteng.tools are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the tools or from any decisions made based on their output. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

Acceptable use

Don't use the tools to plan or aid attacks against systems you don't own or have explicit permission to access. The nmap builder in particular generates commands for active scanning — legal authorization to scan the target is your responsibility.

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it abusively, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.

Third-party content

The site links to and embeds external services, including Google AdSense, Google Fonts, Cloudflare, and third-party speed test sites. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you interact with them. neteng.tools is not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change.

Governing law
